Regulations

The regulations of the company's Board of Directors were originally approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 5, 2006, and shareholders were informed at the General Shareholders' Meeting held on the same day. The latest amendment was approved on 3 May 2024 and was registered with the Commercial Registry of Barcelona on 27 June 2024. Furthermore, the latest amendment was informed to the shareholders at the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting on 14 June 2024.
