Gender Pay Gap Reporting in Ireland
Grifols is firmly committed to effective equality, providing equal opportunities and equal pay regardless of gender.
Ireland's mandatory Gender Pay Gap (“GPG”) reporting regime requires employers with more than 250 employees to report their hourly gender pay gap across a range of metrics, including:
- the designation of a specified "snapshot" date of their employees in June 2023;
- the requisite remuneration calculations (for the preceding 12-month reporting period and including the "snapshot date"); and
- a report of their results and an accompanying statement published by December 2023.
