Job search

Application

Once you find a role that matches your skills and interests, click on ‘Apply now’ to start the application process. You will create an account to upload your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.

Screening call

If you are shortlisted, our recruiter will reach out to you for a brief call to gauge your motivation, skills and experience while ensuring that key details like location, salary expectations and start date align with your needs.

Interviews

The process usually consists of two or more interviews lasting 30–45 minutes each. The interviewer will assess your skills and aptitude, asking questions focused on the role and your experience. This is our chance to learn more about your motivations and achievements to ensure a good mutual fit.

Decision and offer

After the interviews, our team will carefully evaluate each candidate’s performance. If selected, you will receive a formal offer from us, detailing the terms and other important details of the position. 

Pre-onboarding

Once you accept our offer, the pre-onboarding process begins. We’ll give you all the information and resources you’ll need to ensure a smooth transition into your new job at Grifols.
