Mr. Tomás Dagá Gelabert has served as director of Grifols, S.A. since April 2000 and was Vice-Secretary of the Board from May 2016 to December 2023. He is founder of the law firm Osborne Clarke in Spain, was its managing director until June 2017 and has been partner until 31 December, 2024. Previously he worked in the tax and corporate department of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. in Barcelona.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. His professional career has provided him with a wide range of accounting, financial and audit skills.
