Ms. Núria Martín Barnés has served as Vice-Secretary non-member of the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2015, serving as Secretary non-member of the Board of Directors since 2015. Ms. Martín has been the managing partner at Osborne Clarke Spain since July 1, 2017 until December 31, 2022. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke she worked in the Corporate and Tax Department of KPMG Peat Marwick from 1982 to 1986. She holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona.
